Sparing
Saturday - 9:00am to 10:00am
While not a specific technique, sparing is a fliud combination of all the techniques a student has learned put together and practiced against an opponent who is also doing the same.
Protective gear required; closed finger hand pads, foot pads, mouth guard, groin cup (for men) and head gear (for children under 18 years old)
